Q: after 15 min on a call the line will drop. what is the fix for this issue. thanks mark
This could be a number of issues, I would check your Jitter rate at pingtest.net, make sure that there is no congestion in the network traffic by using Wireshark Network Protocol Analyzer. And make sure that there is not an IP conflict if you're running a DHCP server and SIP registration.
