The Polycom IP 335 features Polycom HD Voice, bringing life-like richness and clarity to every call. Polycom HD Voice incorporates wideband audio for over twice the voice clarity. Like other Polycom Phones with HD Voice, the Polycom IP 335 features Polycom's patented Polycom Acoustic Clarity technology for crystal-clear, noise and echo-free sound; and best-in-class system design for high-fidelity voice reproduction. The Polycom IP 335 desktop phone also delivers advanced features and capabilities such as call hold, pick-up, transfer, and three-way local conferencing ,as well as more advanced capabilities such as shared call/bridged line appearance, built-in XML microbrowser, and RJ-9 headset port.

Note: This product does not come with AC Power. If you are not using PoE you will need an AC Power Adapter (PV2460).

Q: Where can I view a users manual for my polycom IP335?

A: We have added the full Polycom Soundpoint IP3xx user guide to this product on the tab that says "Technical Specs". You can download it from there.

Q: Is the polycom 335 compatible with ooma's business phone voip service? If yes, what programming needs to be done, and can I do this?

A: Unfortunately, Ooma Business phone system has its own HD handsets that goes along with their system. None other devices are compatible as of this writing.

Q: Does the polycomm 335 work with Google voice?

A: According to Polycom IP335 is not supported with Google voice as a regular SIP registration and therefore the answer is no.

Q: Is it possible to get a 220v for the power supply ?

A: Yes, the power supply supports 110 to 240v. The plug is interchangeable too, however we only have North American style.

Q: How do I listen to voicemail messages? The user's manual says to "follow instructions on the screen", but we've tried everything and can't figure it out. Step-by-step directions would be helpful.

A: That option is specific to the telephone system, not the phone itself. Check with your telephone vendor.
