Using either our online customer portal or our API, we receive your customer shipping information and almost immediately, process the orders and when applicable upload & post back to you all pertinent customer order information and MAC addresses of the device(s) being shipped to that specific customer. We understand that you’ve outsourced the entire fulfillment process, and the support does not end with simply sending products out the door – but we take just as much care of you when products come back also.
