The SN4740, like every other SmartNode, supports every industry-standard Codec for toll-quality speech on every call. It ensures meeting Service Level Agreements at the customer premise with no initiative by using Patton Cloud's Call Quality Assessment and Monitoring features, as well as E-Mail or SMS notification. By using Patton Cloud's remote control functions, it is possible to avoid Call Quality issues and reduce the time it takes to solve them. The integrated call-router features least-cost call routing as well as dialed-number schedule simplicity. In the event that the IP network crashes, the SmartNode survivability suite offers SIP Trunk and PSTN fallback to ensure business continuity.
