Third-party hosted call control services are also supported. The IP Phone 8851 also has a USB port, allowing you to charge your smartphone at your workplace while staying connected when you're not at your workstation. Five programmable line keys are available on the Cisco IP Phone 8851. You may set up keys to accommodate numerous directory numbers or calling capabilities like fast dialing. You may also increase efficiency by using the multicall-per-line functionality to handle numerous calls for each directory number.
