From Melissa Garza at 5/9/2016 8:00 PM

Q: What does the Error ( unknown uri scheme) mean?
I can not make or receive phone calls it just has a busy signal

A: Hi Melissa,

Usually, it means that the SIP address isn't being registered so no phone calls will be able to go out or come in.

Check SIP registration and reboot.

Thank you,
