Q: I was using during many years Audiocodes Gateway without any problems.
Now I´m trying to use your Neogate TA 400 and I cant' assign a static IP address using an analog phone due to pressing 3 and 2 like the instrucction said , the voice sad me "rong password".
Please , ¿can you explaing me were is my misstake ?

I would recommend changing the IP address via its web interface.
