Are you having trouble connecting your Poly Voyager 6200 headset to your computer? Check out this quick guide:
Your headset should come with a USB adapter (dongle). This dongle is pre-paired to your headset already. When you are ready to connect your VoIP headset to your PC, follow these steps:
The USB dongle will then flash blue and turn solid blue. This means your headset is successfully connected to the USB adapter.
Now from your headset, you should hear âPC connectedâ which indicates the connection has been established!
What does the blue light mean now? When you are on a call, your USB adapter will flash blue; when you are off from the call, the adapter will turn back to solid blue. Thatâs it!

Tommy from Fanvil walked us through Fanvilâs wide range of SIP intercom portfolio and demonstrated how these devices can be used in different industries. Letâs check out some typical application scenarios!
#1 Self Service Store – The i30 & i16V
The Fanvil i30 is ideal for gate entry control and help desk in the self-service stores where no staff presents. Customers will need to press a button and show an ID card to be allowed to enter and authorized persons can enter with an RFID card.

Is your Poly ObiHai VoIP adapter locked out? What can be done to fix this? Our team is here to answer your questions!
How to Unlock Polyâs Obihai VoIP Adapter (ATA) & VVX Media Phones
Any Poly Obihai VoIP Adapter (ATA) with firmware version 3.1-3.3 is considered “locked out” until the user creates an account at Obitalk.com first.
Once the ATA is unlocked, then you will be able to add other VoIP service providers to the device through the Obitalk portal/WebUI of the device.
The older ObiHai (grey/blue box) firmware 2.2+ without Poly logo will work out of box. The Poly/Obihai Black box will determine what firmware is loaded.
